I'm a Deaf Chef residing in Tyler, Texas. I began to crave the idea of cooking for people while earning a respectable reputation for my cooking, baking, and grilling skills. In fall of 2013, I was at the church potluck when I was considering cooking for people as a job when I spotted a young man gathering food for himself and his pregnant wife who was in her final months of pregnancy when it hit me. Why not cook for people who have little time for cooking after coming home tired from work, family events, and etc.? Later, in February 2014, a bank teller spotted a picture of a casserole I did, and asked what it'd cost him to order one from me, it hit me again, why not do catering services as well? Here we are, a new & growing business of serving food, in honor and memory of my late, adoptive mother, Christine M. Parr (1955-2012)! I loved watching her cook, and one of my favorite memories is of her personally asking me to assist her in her own kitchen with prepping food back in 2010, a very rare opportunity!
